Obsibrain's powerful periodic review system empowers you to regularly reflect on your progress, celebrate your accomplishments, and identify areas for improvement across all aspects of your life.

Accessing Periodic Reviews

To access the periodic review features, simply navigate to the 0-plan section of your Obsibrain vault, as shown in Screen 1. Here, you'll find a variety of review options, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.

Creating Periodic Reviews

To create a new periodic review, open the command palette (using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + P) and search for the review type you'd like to create, as seen in Screen 2.

When choosing for periodic reviews, Obsibrain will guide you on the appropriate period for the review to be created.

Periodic Review Structure

Each periodic review follows a similar structure, consisting of three main sections:

  1. Close: Take a moment to declutter your space, organize your thoughts, and sort through any outstanding items before diving into the review.

  2. Reflect: Answer a series of reflective questions to assess your progress, celebrate your accomplishments, and identify areas for improvement.

  3. Plan: Use the insights gained from the reflection to set new goals, plan upcoming projects, and schedule necessary tasks.

Screen 3 provides an example of the questions included in the weekly review template, guiding you through this structured process.
