Daily Task Overview: Your Focus for Today

This view automatically aggregates tasks from across your entire vault, so you never have to "go looking" for work. It categorizes tasks into three clear zones:

  • Overdue Tasks: Critical reminders of what was missed. Addressing these first prevents the "snowball effect" of mounting tasks.

  • Due and Scheduled Today: Your primary focus. These are the specific steps you committed to taking today to move your Projects forward.

  • Ongoing Tasks: Active work-in-progress that may not have a hard deadline but still requires your attention.

This summary allows you to quickly assess your priorities and ensure your energy is spent on what truly matters.

Seamless Navigation & The "Zoom" Effect

Obsibrain allows you to move between time scales effortlessly:

  • Horizontal Navigation: Use the "Previous" & "Next" buttons to review yesterday's wins or plan tomorrow's focus.

  • Vertical Navigation (Zoom Out): Use the "Zoom Out" button to transition from daily execution to your Weekly Review. This helps you step back from the "weeds" of daily tasks to see the broader perspective of your Areas and Goals.
